Topic: Test Only Center that are Car friendly (my car is mostly stock and should pass)

Its that time of year again and I need to go to a Test Only Center. I just have the basic bolt ons with carb numbers, the most work done to this mustang is just gears.
But, at the last check I barely passed when they put the senors to my tail pipes and ran it. I believe (if i remember correctly) the driver side exhaust pipe is putting out too much pollution and the tech said he didn't rev it to the point where it wouldn't pass, and since it was a very small margin. I have unequal bassani headers, bassini x with cats, borla's, and 2 1/2in pipes. I was wonderig if this was bs or if he actually helped me out. But either way....
Since the guy moved because living in California was too expensive, do any of you guys know of more care friendly test only centers.
