Well I was at work today and I forgot my ipod, so I had to listen to the radio today. So I chose 106KMEL. I've been listening to the radio since this morning and they must of played that KELIS-I'M BOSSY song a million times. First of all that song is pure GARBAGE, and then this songs comes on called "shake it for the camera phone",......... unfukkin believeable man, WTF kind of a song is that. This shit shouldn't even be considered music let alone hip-hop/rap. I swear some people make the most pointless music. I wonder if I make a song about tying my shoes, will it will go platinum? Sorry but I just remebered why I dont listen to the fukkin radio they play the same 10 songs over and over. How are any artist supposed to get exposed if they play the same bullshit all the time. ![[Mad]](mad.gif)

I hear you man, I ditched FM awhile ago for Siruis (way before Howard started) and on their channels they do a damned great job of mixing it up with the new and old.

what really gets me mad is that these pointless songs actualy get this type of radio play. I mean its not a like a great song that keep getting played over and over. Its the crap that keeps getting played over and over again. It make me wonder, is this what people want to listen too? Unbelieveable.
and these fukkin hooked on phonics flunkees who make songs about laffy taffy, camera phones, bossy, humps, etc etc. are fukkin making me sick to my stomach. It is totally beyond my understanding how songs like these get marketed and blow up mainstream. Its like there nothing else to sing/talk about, whats next??? Do people really feel this retarded ass music. I love good music and am very open minded, but come-ooooooon. ![[Confused]](confused.gif)

at least you can listen to different stations or have your ipod or mp3player. i cant take any electronic devices into work,i.e. cell phone,camera,ipod,etc. becuase sercurity might think that it was in a package and that you took it out.(i work at fedex, in the oakland hub)and to change the station everyone in the work group(26 people) has to agress on a station.

I honestly think today's fad is being as ridiculousy fucking retarded as possible. make up stupid shit, dress like a window-licker, talk like you were dropped on your fuckin head as a kid, and you'll sell a million records to idiots out there who want to be like you. there are a lot of asinine people out there, so I guess it makes sense from a marketing standpoint

I got to say that KMEL is a lot better then 94.9 but all in all they both really suck..I listen to both about 6-8hours a day, 5days a week in the warehouse I work in for the past year...

I honestly hate all the radio stations, I just have choices of either radio or pure silence while working. And trust me it becomes boring in silence stocking car parts in a warehouse all day...94.9 106.1 and 102.5 all get pretty repetitive, and just resort to the 107 bone or 98 after hearing
