Well despite my header leak im hittin the dyno tomorrow to see what im working with. Most likely the route to be followed will be Nitrous in the next 2-4 weeks til the motor pops(however long), then a fully forged 331 Pro Bullet from DSS racing to be nitrous injected as well....hopin 4 decent #s tomorrow outta the tired ol beast. Alright numbers are in on my newly aquired 95GT, ill try and post a graph later.
1st pull 212.53rwhp @ 4700rpm and 270.04rwtq @3500rpm
2nd pull (3 min cool down) 215.13/275.85
Last pull(strongest): 217.74 rwhp @ 5100 and 277.68 rwtq @3600rpm Not bad for 165K miles and supposedly "no rebuilds" All numbers are correct and to the ground and Done in 90 degree heat with about 16-19% humidity.
Combo is Under Drive pulleys BBK Equal Lenth Shorties O/R H-pipe 2 Chamber Flows Msd 6Al ignition 255 lph fuel pump K&N filter 3.73 gears.... SO this is my starting point, think im gonna strap the bottle on till it lets go, then build up a 331 [ May 10, 2006, 05:14 PM: Message edited by: bottled02GT?? ]

so u gonna build a motor while u drive this old motor or build one when it goes? u should start building one now so it dosent seem like a whole lot of $$ when u start buying parts, instead of doing everything at once. thats just my .02 cents

Joe, Are you sure its a header leak? Its on the driverside right? I thought i might have a header leak in my 95GT but it turns out to be the lifters on the driveside i guess its common for them to make a lot of noise.
