nah, actually im replacing it with a fixed one craig sold me his black 99 cobra bumper, and im replacing rachels..

i'd imagine it's held together with the same type of fasteners the fox body panels are. just go buy a Chiltons or just start taking shit apart.

It's fairly easy. You have to remove the liner in the trunk (right and left side as if you were changing a taillight bulb) to easily access the bolts. If I remember right it is only 2 nuts or bolts on each side that hold the bumper on. Once the bolts are removed I believe it dislodges like the front bumper. Make sure there are no rivets attached underneath the bumper. It's been a while since I had to change mine, but I remember it being really easy.
