okay so kind of long but I'll chop it . . . SO I get a call from my mom saying what the hell did I do because the Milpitas police came to my house today and mind you I‘ve hmm 25 miles away from them . . anyways I guess this chick I use to work with is accusing me of slashing her tires and keying her car and her brother is sending me harassing e-mails saying they know I did it ?? And that they got a phone call and some one told them that I did it but they have no idea who they got the phone call from? Should I get a restraining order or what?? I mean I have seen her in about 6 months or so??? Know any lawyers?? Thanks in advance any help appreciated. .

i guess you can get a restraiing order and try and get the phone bill and find out when and what day they recieved the call, and look on the phone bill, since it list the numbers that were called or recived. where was the car when the tires were slashed? if it was in a parking lot try to get ahold of the sercurity tapes. good luck

it was in milpitas in front of the place she works I guess ??? i really dont know I'm assuming but we know how far that gets us . . . and to my knowledge there are no camera , please I have more respect for cars and plus my truck was keyed when I worked there so . .

Tell her and the police to f-off.If they have no proof that you did anything they cant do anything.They cant charge with it over a bunk phone call.I say there is no need for a lawyer.And tell who ever it is to get off your nuts and get a life.

Just ignore it, nothing will ever come of it. If the Police contact you just tell them the truth.
