I have a 97 mustang .. so I had a friend come by and delete my check engine light due to the O2 sensor..once he finished I tried starting the car but I noticed the "Theft" light came on blinking fast.. I have no idea how the key Chip ended up getting dis programmed.. any one in San Jose area now how to fix or reprogram it

you have to call a lock smith and have them come out and reprogram it

also check all your fuses in the fuse block under the hood first
