I'm looking to get into a project car that I can slowly build. Something smog exemtp. Also something kinda cheap to build. I just sold my coupe due to getting my own home that needs minor repairs and I'll be getting married in 3 months... So this project will be sitting until after the wedding. What are you're suggestions?

I was actually looking for a maverick or comet earlier but I only found some that were out of my price range and weren't projects

Can't get any cheaper than a '65-'66 Mustang Coupe.
