Summer time is considered cutting season..usually the bodybuilders bulk in winter time. From what I've read eating is by far more important. For example.. big breakfast is essential and post workout meal..well all are. I wish I could get in shape but I love to eat lol. I love the gym and will never give it up tho

Yeah that was my problem, i love to eat whatever i want. I've lost a lot of size from firefighting and i wish i was a couple sizes smaller now too cause the less weight i have to move the faster i am. I am more competitive mt biking and running now than lifting.

I still outlift everyone on my engine though.

Haha yea I hear you man. I'm a big dude so I get hungry fast. I'm going to try chicken and brown rice for a while and see what that does, I won't be lifting much either mainly running. But I did get up to benching 285 for sets of 8 consistently..not much but better than where I was. Oh and protein shakes are good but I want to try it by just eating the right stuff.

If you want to get big OP, 4-5 workouts of 4 sets by 6-8 reps HEAVY! But without compromising form... FORM>>

Eat immediately after to give your body a food source to build from. Staying hydrated increases your strength by about 20%. There's so much knowledge its all how you use if

Hell bro I was thinking of doing a physique comp but felt I was to flat so I used the offseason to bulk up to 205 and stayed around 14% body fat now 8 weeks into my diet I'm 190 8% body fat. Try a slow bulk diet to keep the fat at a minimum. Try a calorie surplus of 500 6 meals a day 1.5 ounces of protein/ lean body mass .08 ounces of fat per lean body mass amd the rest fill with clean carbs such as oatmeal brown rice sweet potato russet potatoe Ezekiel bread green veggies ect lean proteins talapia chicken tits flank steak salmon turkey ect. Fats nuts olive oil avocado egg yolks

how tall are you? But i eat so much carbs unhealthy and healthy like fast food and the food you just listed if my mom makes. i heard if you weight 150 lbs you should absorb 150 grams of protein, every pound should be 1 gram of protein.
I just want to push my self towards goals

I'm 5'11 and people's opinions vary on how much protein you should be taking in but really whatever works for you stick to it. I'm taking in 250 grams of clean protein every day and I'm retaining the mass I accumulated while shredding the fat. Cut the fast food crap tho that can kill
Your gains

please for your the sake of your health do not start juicing unless youve done your homework. Im not saying juicing is bad by any means if done correctly and used correctly. Dont be one of those guys who start juicing right off the start. I would recommend to build a solid foundation which should take a solid 4-5 years of good training with good nutrion and rest, recovery also. Then you can start with the anabolics. Thats one of the biggest problems i see nowaydayz is noone wants to put in the hard work anymore.I stopped believing people were natural long time ago. Now if you do start juicing start with a beginner cycle such as test 250mg or 500mg and nothing more. Then move up the latter. Been in the game for a long time. Depending if your a mesomorph you can build such a badass physique naturally given the right protocols.
