I passed visual and emissions but i failed the functional check. Is the because of the custom tune on my car? Can i take the chip out for the smog can that be the problem?

it must be a 1995 or older to fail functional. take a picture of the report and i can help you out.

sorry if its hard to read. but it says Fail- OBD system checks
and on the bottom it says "this vehicle did not pass the OBD system check because its OBD system was not ready to test"

does your tune have the rear o2's turned off i remember u had a bbk xpipe
also pull to see if p1000 comes up

Yes i did have them turned off and not sure about the code

well if u had them turned off in ur tune and still running that p1000 and 02 sensors will not be working
