Has anyone been there since it rained? Me and some friends might take our trucks out there this sunday, hopefully it rained enough and the mud is still there.

It's $5 for all day. You don't really need a winch, as long as you go with some other trucks, plus people are usually willing to help out there I just bring my bigass chain lol

I haven't been there since it rained, but when it rains, Hollister becomes a sloppy mess really quickly and things can get pretty fun. If you go on a weekend, usually there are going to be other wheelers there so getting stuck shouldn't be an issue. Always a good idea to go with someone though. I can't remember if it's 5 or 10 bucks a rig to get into the upper ranch.
Have fun and stay away from the poison oak.

Often they don't water the mud pit. Went there a little while back and it was all dry as a bone. I used to frequent there.
