A bribe would be the company offering benefits in exchange for a particular vote.
They simply stated that their companys standing was fragile, and based on Obamas policies, if he is voted in again it could result in more cutbacks.
This is more like a scare tactic (from Obamas playbook lol). Theres no way a company could find out which candidates their workers vote for anyway, its confidential.
