o.k. if your abslt. sure u got every part of the harness. and i starts drom the solenoid, its gotta be the starter switch, its under the plastic on the side of the column, behind the tumbler, when u insert the key and turn the tumbler the switch moves forward making contact with and completeing all the neccessary circuits and allowing power to get to everything to star the cart....only thing is im not sure if starter switch is the right name, could be starter relay but thats ring any bells i think switch is correct...ill get back to ya [Confused]

igniton switch is the name, usually it fails ...or.... it doesnt stay close enough together so the contacts never contact, if thats the case, ziptie it real tight! care full not to loose the little ballthat is inside of it, if it come completely apart kepp a han under it and pull apart slowly so if the ball comes out u canse where it goes, also when putting back, sometimes it doesnt wanna go all the way in and yu gotta just take your palm and smack that fucker in!
