with a salvage title due to theft?the car wasn't stolen or nothing just got broken into to steal stereo system.It has 130k mi clean condition no mods passed smog.

not really, all depending on the condition of the car also, if its well maintained whats wrong with asking 4k for it. got any pics to get a better idea???
i say with salvage and good condition up to $3500, im sure he is willing to go lower than his asking price

130K means its going to need some work unless he's got plenty of receipts. And I wouldnt want to spend a dime on shit except for gas and oil changes for at least 1 year. I don't think this car would last.
