And after that magical sound comes a 23109 with a $2,300 fine, two points on your record and bend over no lube insurance rates. At least for my 19 year old cousin it did, he had to learn the hard way, I seem to clean less rubber off my quarter panels since then, odd how that works

Jaehow to be honest if people share the same interest I cut slack. But there is a lot of guys in the dept that have a stick up the ass and are out to get everyone.

Last year I went to everyone. This year I only went to SD. But next year I'm trying to get season tickets again.

I got a 23103 "reduced" to a 23109 a few months ago. I was 19 then N got $169 fine with 2 points, sounds like ur kuzzin got RAPED.
