Wherever it falls off or doesn't stick that's where there's hella bondo.... It might have had faded paint on it and someone decided to throw a quick coat of primer over it..... The magnet trick works good. My advice would be to take a friend with you who's real familiar with older cars trouble spots. ( bottom cornerof doors, bottom corners of back window, floor pans in front...... Basically anywhere when water hits the car.... And channels water thru it, it can get clogged up and cause water to build up and collect. I'm weary of cars that need "radiator and fluids" Chances are that once you add the radiator and fluids, you will discover another 10-20 items that need attention when you take it for that first drive. Even one with some miles on it would be better then the old 289 that's in it.
