Kinda vague there, adult juvenile mis fel etc.? If you're serious and you know you messed up own up to it and stay clear of trouble and people who get you in trouble. Also, look into truck driving.

I've heard of plenty people with this same problem. Best thing you can do is get a job through someone you know so they can put in a good word for you so the employer will see past the record.. or under the table job. If a illegal can get a job bro you can just keep searching you'll land something

I was only kidding. Somethings are so frustrating that it is often better to find humor in them.
I can tell you that my brother in law is going through the same thing and he gets frustrated.
I will tell you that I have a record yet I hold a clearance. I did have to go through two FBI investigations, but I was honest and upfront and in the end I got my clearance.

I'm going through the ropes of that rightnow and it's alot of b.s. . With Public defenders , they don't seem to know what their own righthand or left hand is doing .

You said " I hate Lawyers" and... With Public defenders , they don't seem to know what their own righthand or left hand is doing . [/QB][/QUOTE]
Looks like you have a problem then. The DA is not going to expung your record. You didnt learn the first time around, what makes you thing they will give in to violant crimes like that?
Employers see you as a risk. Best bet is to join a trade. GL

Become a dog walker. Start off at a low rate and let them know your trying to start your own business and would like to get some reviews under your belt. In my area I see multiple people with pickup trucks that have those cabs and out comes 5-10 dogs lol. Imagine just walking 5-10 dogs for 30-45 minutes at $10-15 or even maybe $20 an hour per dog. That's $50-$200 bucks an hour or so and do multiple trips 3-5 day and maybe work 4-6 days a week. That's some good cash right there. You just need to build clientele and get your name out there. Undercut every ones price and when you build up reputation and customers, any new customers after that start off at a higher rate. [ November 03, 2011, 03:10 PM: Message edited by: Venomized93 ]

Another job I seen that some guy I would make deposits for at the bank I worked at the time. He would go to neighborhoods and walk door to door and leave little slips/ads nothing fancy and knock on the door, saying that he will repaint your driveways address number that is on the side walk curb for $10. Like here:
Bring your paint/Stencils and whatever other tools you need and make $10 a pop every paint job.

Have you tried to get your offenses Expunged? Depending on where you apply, your offenses do not show up, if they do...the system shouldn't show specifically what your crime was.
Expunging costs some good money, per county per crime.

You messed up and now have to pay. If you were an employer would you hire someone with your background? Probably not. maybe start your own business?
