Car made 326hp and 345 tq SEA numbers last time on the dyno with the performer. Peak was low at 5350rpm. STD was 336hp 356tq. Switched upper to performer rpm 1 and went from 2.25 h-pipe to 2.5 inch. All else the same. New numbers were corrected 346hp and 340tq with a peak of 5,925 rpm!!! Standard numbers were 356hp, 350tq. Super happy with the numbers for a little baby cam and 99 degree day, but on a bad note I was experiencing some valve float above 6k, and will need to put some new springs in before the track to shift roughly at 6,500rpm. Springs are the upgraded TEA setup through Jim at fordstrokers. Jim told me these bad boys could handle any hydro roller cam, and that is not the case. Thanks Shaun at AED for yet again an awesome tune, and Turbo50 for a stout little stocker shortblock.

- 200k 302 Stock Short block with a quick freshen up by turbo50
- Trick flow heads (170cc)
- Performer Intake swapped to rpm upper (lower matched to heads by tmoss)
- Hitech Motorsport cam 224/220 .574/.512 111 lobe sep
- 1 5/8 Shorty Headers
- Tremec 3550 Trans

Also I assume u have pulleys and an efan?

What air intake you using? And glad to see this being accomplished with shorties

e fan, but dynod with the fan on cuz it was so hot! Heads stock 61cc out the box. Figures out to roughly 9:1cr. Anderson power pipe, and upper intake opened to 75mm tb.

John you need to get back in the game!! Chris is right signed up for corral right out of high school and my number was 77. Joined 98cobra and the old car was a 90gt so it worked. lol

man...these are great numbers...this build should let anyone question on purchasing a stroker if they are going to stay with a stock block...

Thanks, its funny my first 347 I ever built in my old car was AFr 165's, holley intake, and n x cam and long tubes. On paper most would think it would be so much better, but it only dynod 353rwhp 371tq. I cant wait to hit the track!
