Yeah she came in jacked up off that "high" from the sirens and lights. You can here her tires screeching from bending a corner before she arrives. Adrenaline took over. I think both sides are to blame. The officer was overly aggressive right away. On the other hand the father didn't set much of an example of "listening to the cops". It is what it is, the law. Odey or get zapped! But seriously, did this guy have a heart attack? He didn't move for a while.

I dont see anything wrong with this video. The first officer on seen probably called for backup stating there was 4 people he was trying to control and only one of him. Backup arrived and did exactly what they were supposed to do. Get the bystanders to back up. The dad obviously didnt want to and that is obstruction and failing to cooperate with an leo. The female officer had every right to tase this guy. His son had a warrant out for his arrest and he has nothing to do with it. Just be thankful with that many upset people that noone got hurt. Kudos to elk grove pd for busting the bad peeps
