Anyone have a good recommendation for someone that tints tail lights in the sac area and how much it costs? I don't want to do any of the spray on junk

+1!!! Not a fan of tinted tails, plus I would rather people see my brake lights better when I stop.

I have a second set of tail lights to play with. When done right with a light tint film you can still see the lights quite well. That's the advantage over VHT or spray is that the tints transperancy doesn't distort the light output, just the ability to see the lense. See how it goes though, it will be pretty light as I don't want to get pulled over

Can't you just buy tinted tail light? Then sell the two pair you have to fund it tinting them with window tint sounds tacky and may look like crap after a while

You can buy them smoked but they still kill light output. Tint film is actually the best way to get it done. Countless guys have done it on SVTP and its perfect.

 -

As you can see it gives the look of being tinted, leaves you with near stock light output, is reversible, and looks very smooth.
