Parents are 100% guilty. So what if he screams, cries, and hits his head when he doesn't get his cigarettes? As with anything...children..well they are children..and they don't dictate what they get/want..because..they are CHILDREN.
So if he wants a loaded gun will his parents still give in if he cries..rants, and hits his head against the wall?????

I agree. His movements and smoothness doesnt equate to a two old IMO. I could be wrong and I don't have kids of my own to see on a daily basis that are two. But I've been around kids enough to base my opinion on that. He may have some dwarfism that makes him look that small but is older.

Looks fake to me. Movements seem very choppy.

ya the kid looks like he's at least 6, needless to say it dont make it anymore right.
dumbass parenting, seems like they might live in some poor province where this might not be viewed as something negative.
on another note, i bet hes addicted to gambling too.
