im looking at buying a used car but seller lost pink slip can i still buy it or what do i need to do or fill out?

get a bill of sale. you can find the form on the dmv website...
but make sure he is the owner of the car.

Be suspect of Ben Morales / Juan Morales and their EPA criminal H$$ affiliates. They've been spotted at various car shows, 7th street, and Sacramento Raceway.
This thief affiliated High Speed Specialists group is **NOT** related to the legit drag racing group under the same name out of Oakland.

You have to go through DMV or AAA fill out a form and they will mail you a new one. must show proof of ownership. Takes about a week to receive it.

If he doesn't have his pink I wouldn't buy it! Look you can buy it and go to DMV and with a bill of sale you can get a pink but the problem is like someone said it might be salvaged, or might have a lien on it???? Unless you know the person wait tell he gets a pink slip or just go to DMV with him!
