This coupe at a tow yard. http://sacramento.craigslist.org/cto/1743640677.html
Inner fenders still pretty crumpled. Wonder if it drives straight? Basically bone stock. Was for sale earlier this year for the same price before the accident completely stock... [ May 18, 2010, 08:41 PM: Message edited by: 2Foxes2Five0Coupes ]

Why are people so interested in ex CHP cars? Has anyone ever seen how the CHP drive their cars? I would NEVER own one.

Saw this car after it was wrecked in the front (head on). I thought it was totaled. A guy bought it and brought it back (from the dead). Now it's at this tow yard selling for premium price. Tow yard is trying to get over on someone.

That may be true with chicks, but not with cars. There's a reason Carfax continues to make money. [ May 19, 2010, 12:32 AM: Message edited by: wilit ]

It makes me laugh that a car in that condition is even worth $5500.
Maybe half that, maybe..

Don;t put too much on an asking price as selling price is what matters.
That car probably won't sell above $2500

I have had 5 5.0s one of which was an ex chp. It was very clean for an ex chp, but as far as running, it was probably the crappiest one I've had. Detonated no matter what you set the timing at, and the interior had a bunch of holes on the dash. Eh I really don't see the appeal to the ex chp, I just got mine because it was a good deal
