I might be purchasing a vehicle in Seattle Washington. Can you guys recommend a reliable company to have this vehicle hauled to S.F. in an enclosed trailer.

I've shipped two cars in the past year. Keep in mind that when you pick a shipping company, you are actually picking a phone representative.
Your request is then sent out to gobs of trucking companies that have the option to take the business depending on whether it logistically makes sense or not for that particular price.
In other words, when you pick "Bill's Shipping Company" to ship your car, a truck with a different brand on it will likely show up at your house.
You want to pick a company that will have a reliable phone representative who is persistent and on your side because given the wide range of areas they cover, there are often delays in the original quoted time it takes to get the car to to your driveway.
I would recommend 1 out of the 2 companies I've used, however, I would have to dig up the paperwork to get you the name.
Also, I recommend you use an enclosed trailor which typically costs a bit more.

yeah definitely an enclosed trailer for this type of car that is being transported...
steve, try out http://www.transportreviews.com/ once u narrowed it down to one company. u can request a quote on one of the popular links which will then get u several quotes from a number of companies. then it'll be up to u to choose.

The seller back out of the deal...I guess he had buyer's remorse. Thanks everyone for the recommendations. I'll keep the info for future cars.
