Here is the deal. I have 1 spot for a new guy that i can bring in and train. You have to have a MECHANICAL back ground. This means you can work on your own car and have common sense. Chevron is a very good company to work for. I still work for them as a technology consultant.

sounds like a good gig for the blue collar type of worker. someone should bribe with some free parts to get an opportunity to get into the apprenticeship program.

Here is the story I have been getting alot of emails about what i do.
I do not work directly for Chevron. I am a Project Manager for a company that rebuilds refineries. Every 3 years EVERY refinery has to do either up keep or some kind of maint. To thier plants per CAL OSHA. This job is for a boilermaker. I am building a local work force here in nothern California. The more local people i can get that actually WORK the more money i save Chevron. That means the more work Chevron gives us. This turnaround is for 3 weeks 60 hours a week. Once i get you hired in I can keep you on my local hire list. NOW DO NOT THINK i do not have people tho fill these spots. I have plenty of people i can call from out of town and trust me if you do not work i will fire your ass. If you are serious hit me up. I will pay 25.50 and hour.
