Topic: shops that rebuild shocks/struts

ive got some Koni shocks and struts that are have NO rebound what -so-ever.. i want to keep the konis and just have them rebuilt.. anybody have recommendations of a shop or somebody that does a good job?
also, how much do they normally cost for a rebuild?
