-car is registered in cali. engine however hasnt been passed by a ref so he got by w/ the smog hook up.
-supposedly it has a tune but owner doesnt know for sure.

buyer beware is all i can say. id get worried about buying modified cars like this that have been passed onto owners that dont know jack shit about the cars they own.

u guys might recall seeing a similar 97 terminated sn95 that was on svtperformance. this is the new owner

swapped cars aren't rocket science, make your own M3 like me and a buddy did

`94 318is, `95 M3 donor, combine...took about a month, was easy as pie, we swapped everything just like how I did my 4 banger swap and my fobra swap.

all 3 cars pass CA smog at normal smog stations, his went to the ref because the 3.0L engine wasn't offered in `94, but other than that both my cars didn't even need to be ref'd.

I've put 15k miles on the `89, and 20k on my `97 (which is my DD), never been stranded and never had a mechanical issue...
