i bet theres members on here that will do it for you for cheaper then a shop. ive often thought about taking a class on it and rebuilding them as kind of a side job deal...

Had my buddy do it for 100 bucks I bought the world class barrings and sincro kit for 200, he's a board member but don't know if he still works on other peoples cars still I can shift with a pinky and it's been 2 1/2 years since rebuild best t 5 I ever had [ October 16, 2009, 05:29 AM: Message edited by: 50Reasons ]

for both so i know what i should be charged. ut to be honest money is tigt cause of another engine build i have money tied up in so i want to get hoked up. "91fox" said he could do it just wondering if anyone has used him before?? but if anyone can do it or knows of someone then let me know quick.

I got refered to him from another member on this board. i never had my trans rebuilt by him but I did pick up one that he had already rebuilt. this was about a month or two ago. hes cool guy, he seems to know his shit after talking to him. and yes the trans was good.
