I agree I stay indoors when it's hot like this. I hate excessive heat. At least where I'm at we have a nice little breeze going.
Some old schools had a/c.
Would it be hard to setup an a/c system on your old school?
If I ever get a old school stang you better believe I'm putting a/c in that bitch! [ June 28, 2009, 07:15 PM: Message edited by: 90FoX ]

All my old schools had 2-90 A/C...... 2 windows down at 90! It sucked so bad in the summer, it was like driving around in a dryer.

Yeah i was thinking about that last night. I was thinking about tinting the windows on my 68 but theres no point cause i won't have AC in it so the windows will always be down.

But we throw the idea out the window once we see a clean, simple engine bay.

Lol I don't care about that if I'm sweating my nuts off...I'd rather have a/c.

I see. I would do it regardless. I like working on cars, I think half the fun of owning a car is upgrading it.
Why would SLOWBACK say it's either AFR's or A/C?
I don't see why the type of heads you have on your car stop you from having a/c?

And to think I just ordered something that will likely require a/c deleting. Factor that and my house having no a/c I'm ready to shoot myself.

oooooh it's a cost issue... I thought you were saying mechanically with AFRs you couldn't have a/c I was like wtf is this guy talking about.
lol
Cars esp old schools are always a work in progress...I'd get the heads first too, but a/c would be on my car eventually. [ June 29, 2009, 01:12 AM: Message edited by: 90FoX ]

i would never sacrafice comfort for performance. adding a set of 1500 heads isnt gonna make your car much faster. your still gonna need alot more money for supporting parts.(built block, cam, intake, carb, better cooling system.carb ) after all that what another 1k to have some a/c?
