im getting paid to make this guys life fuckin hell for the next 48hrs. my duty is to call him all hours of the night to fuck with him. when i call, i say nothing till he hangs up. can he or the police actually do anything legelly to me?
its harmless and no threats are being made, so its fine............right?
you can bash me for being childish if you like, but money talks.

Actually it can be viewed as a misdemeanor, Also there are ways to get your number too if it is done enough.

There are ways to unblock blocked calls. One service does it for free which is called TrapCall (google it) In short, there isn't really any way of doing what your doing anonymously. If the person your calling really wanted too, he/she could trace the number back too you no matter how hard you try to hide your number.
edit: and yes, you can get charged for harassment. i highly doubt any jail time, but it does go on your record for a misdemeanor with a big fine you'll have to pay. Also the person can file a law suite against you which would add insult to injury.

Hmmm, dude get a rented or pay per minute phone in the stores. It's way better than getting a harrasment charge. Or go to the nearest pay phone with no cameras

yeah since when is getting a call with no body there fucking with someone? my friends call me all hours of the night drunk as hell usually. i just put my phone on silent. there are better ways to make a buck. there shouldnt be a price on your dignity
