i just converted a 4cyl to a v8, i tried to smog it and the vin said 4cyl, what do i need to do to smog it? ref?

i heard that too but walking cida said that sfpd told him that the chp is still giving ref tickets..

I heard that weak moore high has a smog ref in its auto class dat is pretty laid bak.

Yeah...??? if they havent moved it... it should be in front jus pull up n ask an instructor or student.

I smog my 4cyl conversion at regular smog stations every 2 years, but I didn't 1/2 ass the swap and used a donor.
remove the 4cyl emission stickers under the hood, re-paint the engine bay black, have everything legal and legit, and they won't even look twice.
the motor was offered as an option in the car, so you just need to smog as a v8.
don't roll up to the smog guy and announce it was a motor swap either.
