Topic: FINALY got my house

well after a bunch of bullshit with the first house I was trying to buy, we got a even better house for cheaper. We get the keys tomorrow. Cant beat a 2000 sqr foot house in a court on almost a 1/4 acre for 240k. Im looking forward to living out in discovery bay, little further commute but well worth it.

Congrats bro...I just got my 1st house too...Not as nice as yours, but in a decent part of Sacramento for 158k...The house sold for 350k in 05 though, so I guess I have something to look forward to in 5 years....
