I keep seeing all these posts of messed up tickets....I then read the post and most are legit ticksts lol. Pig got me for speeding I was only doing 80 ![[Eek!]](eek.gif) or my loud ass car got a smog ticket the bastard. My 91 is heela loud and doesn't have cats on it right now, If I get a ticket for that whos's fault is it? Mine I know for 100% fact it is illegal. just bored today having some fun....

My boy got pulled over on Friday for going 82 on in a 55 on highway 88 as we passed on last car as the passing lane ended. Cop was hella cool though, only wrote it for 70.
I've been clocked at 100+ in I-5 and CHP wrote me for 95 in a 70. Other time I was paced at over 100 and got off with a warning.
When I got a reckless driving in November 05 I got lucky and the ticket never went through the system and my car was only impounded for 4 days as it was under the moms name back then.
Or when I was goin to work late and was hauling ass burying the needle, and this SRT4 thought he'd try to keep up cutting people off like crazy to the point that they called 911. CHP pulled us both over and the SRT guy said that WE WERE RACING...effin idiot. Got written up for speeding and unsafe lane change.
3-4 traffic schools later still got 5 points on record and i've finally slowed down ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif) hence why im stuck in a grandma car now.

I would say 3 out of 4 of my speeding tickets were legit. ![[Razz]](tongue.gif) The one that wasn't legit was 100% based upon the sound of my car and I was really only going 40mph in a 45, just trying to go up a steep hill in 2nd gear. I'll blame the ticket on SLP LM1's and Bassani O/R X pipe The cop asked why I was flooring it up the hill and wrote me for 60mph in a 45mph. I fought it and lost ![[Frown]](frown.gif)

I have gotten a few bullshit tickets over the years. The most memorable was for not driving far enough UNDER the speed limit. It was pretty foggy and I was going 40-45 in a 55. The officer said that I was going faster than was safe for the conditions (CA basic speed law). I went to court and fought it, explaining that I fully understood the letter of the law and was trying to balance driving slowly enough without going so slow that some fool would run into the back of me speeding through the fog. The judge saw it my way and it was dismissed. I have had a few others that were almost as ridiculous and a few where I deserved a ticket and got a warning. It all averages out.

I must have missed the other post's. Yeah You are rite the ticket is legit, I have no argument there but that meter bitch must have been as bored as You were when You made this post! ive got a # of legit tickets.... lol and ive beat every1 in court that ive recieved in the last 2 1/2 years. More than u can count on a hand. Pays to fight if u know how.
