Vehicle is clean, 4 year old Paint looks good original hubcaps, All white interior has a 351 lightly built up with flows, Electric fan All chrome intact hideaway lights work, Registered and also has a nice set of vogue tires with it. Just sitting in a good friends garage any ideas on what its worth well apprectiated he has owned for over ten years THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK

is it a xr7? those are worth more. How is the interior? I am actually looking for a 67-68 coug.

Haha no im located in Vacaville, Theres a L/Bottoms out here also... But im pretty sure its a xr7 it was the motor trend car of the year and its all white int really clean just needs some tlc, If i dont pick it up ill let you know how much you thinking though the first offer he threw out was around 5500-6000 new headliner ETC ETC

If its a xr7 it will have the instrument switches, black face gauges, wood grain accents and possibly the over head console.
5k is a bit high for some of the ones I have been spotting. I see some pretty nice ones for around 3.5-4k. But I would be interested in seeing pics if you dont buy it.

if the body is in good shape and is ready to be driven i'd say $5k would be a steal! cougars are the slept-on musclecar imo. you see 8 million mustangs to maybe 1 or 2 cougars. and i think they look a lot better.

Check the registry to see if it is a true xr7 or it could be a GT. Both affect the pricing. I agree with shifty, cougs are among the best looking muscle cars to me. WHich is why I am trying to get one ![[Razz]](tongue.gif) Post pics to get better input. You through out some general info. Cant do too much with that.
