Wasup every1...I want to get some wheel spacers for the rear of my 95 GT since Im tired of it looking like the front wheels stick out more than the rear, even with them being 17x10.5's with 315's ....u guys know how the 94-98 rear end is 1.5 inches narrower than the 99-04's & 17x9's always look like they stick out in the front on the SN95's....Anyway, I was wondering what size u guys would recommend getting for the rear....I was thinkin @ the minimum 1/2 inch, but maybe more... I basically want the rear to be flush with the fronts.....Thanks....
heres a few pics so u can see what I mean....

i don't think you can go any wider in the back without some rubbing issues. it looks like you're already at the fender limit

dutin, go with the 1/2" and get the ones with the internal studs...
or you could do what i did.. put an IRS in it and have the stance be perfect! and im only running 17x9 's with a 275 bfg drag...

Thanks guys....Beleive it or not, but I was actually thinkin about getting an IRS since this is my daily driver & IRS rides SOOOOOOOOOO nice on the street... Most likely this wont be a drag car, so Im not to worried about wheel hop & if I do IRS I will rebuild with all MM bushings....Thanks Jon, I will PM u if I wanna check out those spacers....

never been a fan of yellow but your's looks really nice! ..When you go too big of a spacer you will either need extended studs or bolt-on spacers. I believe the minimum for bolt-on is 15mm spacer and that would make the tire poke out a lot. I think you best bet is just doing a smaller tire in the front and a small spacer in the rear. If it were me I'd just go a smaller tire in the front and maybe 5mm spacer in the rear. It's hard to make a tire run very flush with a fender without rubbing, unless of course the tire is stretched on the rim [ October 24, 2007, 11:17 AM: Message edited by: J24I ]
