Well were have a member here that has Cancer and 6 months to live, his screen name is oddjob,his name is Harry and is in his early thirtys, he didnt post much, I known him for 15 years, he has a wish list before he goes, is to do a 11 second pass before he goes, he wants to get his GT to do it but I dont think he can get it done, so I am offering for him to take my project 88 Coupe down the track if I can finish it , he also helped me with my relative that just died from Cancer, so if anybody knows him, he is a very good guy and wants to help with his wish list or can help with it let me know.

wow, man, some scary stuff there being terminal. All I can offer is prayers and hopes he gets that wish. And perhaps beats the odds given to him. I do have stuff I can offer and will but none of them are "go-fast" parts. If you guys start passing the hat, maybe I can drop a few bucks on him to get him closer to that wish.

damn im really sorry to hear that I just found out sunday night my dad has cancer too and we are awaiting test results I wish the best for him and good luck w the project everyone here is pretty coo and im sure lots of people will be willing to help make his wish come true ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

Well man if u read this don't give up your hopes. It's not over till it's over brother. And yeah I can pitch in a couple bucks and I have some go parts I can donate. It's not much but it's something, u know being broke and all. You can pm me about it Lee.

I don't have parts. But I do have something to say. My grandmother, who I see everyday (I live really close to her) has cancer. Her first diagnose was her left breast, which was removed and went to chemo for treatment. Went through that whole ordeal. 4-5 years past. She gets it again, except it's everywhere. Head, Legs, Lungs, some spots on the bones. But you know what she's staying strong and living day by day. It's going on 5 years since the second cancer coming. She takes tons of medicine daily, see's the doctor once a week or once every two weeks. Not sure which one. Is about to go into chemo again, because of a recent spot. Don't let him get stuck in that mind frame of him living only 6 months, because the doctors says so! YOU GOT TO STAY POSITIVE!!!
Her walking is hard for her. She still walks with a walker. But she still seeing another day with her little dog and thinks POSITIVE. Even when they tell her new findings, as the last one.

Well I not looking to collect any cash, maybe some time to help build something would be cool,if I had the time I would, but I am willing let him use my 88 Coupe, it ran 12s on motor but I have an S-trim and 50 shot of NOS to put on it, I just need the time to set it up and get all the little odds and ends for it. But he has been battling cancer for the last year or so, he was just starting to think it was all good, they thought the Doctors got all the Cancer out the first time but it came back, so we will see. The sad thing is he just went back to work and he still has to go to work to keep his Medical and his Life Insurance.
