Alot of variables. I think you're right though, as three different shots does seem to indicate intent. Assault with a deadly weapon is generally an easier charge to prove. I guess it also depends on whether or not the DA accepts a plea bargain. Either way, the bail amount is low considering the charge.

Damn that shits crazy. I always kinda wanted 2 get in a chase wit sum 1 but gettn shot @ is another story. But if they didn't tell him to pull over then I guess it wasn't a car jacking. Seems like a murder attempt
