i know its hella years ago but never even really know about him or what happened. i was looking for that song "smells like teen sprit" you know your right" and seen some videos about him and how it couldve been a homicide. seen the unsolved myst about him too on kazza. daamn

I love Kurt Cobain and Nirvana. His death would've never have happend if he never dated Courtney Love. She got him hooked on a lot of harder drugs. If you want to listen to the new Nirvana, check out Foo Fighters.

and if you're really getting into Nirvana, get the box set. it's money well spent, rare footage, unreleased/live songs. and oh! the beavis and butthead cd has one of their songs as well- "I hate myself and I want to die"

It was most likely suicide. From what I read and saw he was pretty depressed and not dealin' with the rock star thing really well. The fact that he was doin' heroin probably didn't help much either. His death was a real shock to everyone.
All of their albums are really good. I would also pick up the MTV un-plugged DVD. Very good set
