If it was red with black interior it wouldnt be that cheap I'm sure. People say the Teal is the rare color but 90% of 93 Cobras for sale are teal.

a non working ac isnt a sign of abuse or neglect.......a repaint could be a picky owner as well...9k is cheap if its clean
