Anyone else see that! Reporter says, "Where have you been? There's an APB out for you and the police have been looking for you!" The suspect then says, "I was in Jack N The Box getting a Sprite."

LOL, he then went and turned himself in. Wow

What channel and city did this happen? How in the hell did the reporter find him?

I believe the reporter was just making a live broadcast outside of the police station and the suspect walked right up while he was on the way to turn himself in.
