in my experience hoods are hit or miss even if you buy one from a reputable company like cervinis. i purchased the 1.5" cowl from them thinking you get what you paid for. i can say that the hood came out good and will need some adjustments but not really what i expected after forking nearly $600(w/shipping) for a hood. ive heard good stuff about hofibertrends but the underside is not finished. abc exclusive is also hit or miss..ive heard good and bad things about them on the corral. your best bet is to do some research on the corral for feedback on different hoods and just be prepared to have a good installer/body guy make adjustments if necessary.

my coupe is getting a make over and i need a hood, so if the hood needs work i can have it done basicly for free.

so all you guys with cervini hoods, did you have too trim the edges? fuck harwood, i think there shouldnt be any type of fucking trimming the edges and do other bullshit just to make it fit on your car, u already paid 5 to 600$ bucks for ir fuck, hardwood says its for protection when its shipped, i think it they just need better packaging

i had a frpp cobra r hood, which is made byhofibertrends, and overall it was a good fit. the shop did need to do a little work on it, but i think thats a given. not every car is in absolute perfect shape so fenders might be slightly off resulting in hood misalignments. as long as your shop can do quality work, they shouldn't have a problem making any hood fit right.
