Oakland police investigate fatal carjacking
Bay City News ServicePolice are investigating a carjacking that turned deadly early this morning in Oakland.
The fatal shooting occurred just after midnight at Hamilton Street and 70th Avenue near the Oakland Arena and Coliseum, police said.
One of two suspects shot the driver of a Lexus and took off with the car, according to police.
Detectives are searching for a black two-door 1992 Lexus SC400. The car has two paper plates reading ``Rudy's Beauties.''
The shooting is Oakland's 31st homicide of 2006.

lol....A drug Kingpin in a 1992 discontinued Lexus.
Probably way drug related but you knw the news wouldnt be the news if they didnt put a 10 on the 5.

If I was a drug kingpen and I had some weight to move, I wouldn't move it in my high dollar car (usually used to transport ho's and my silk draws to the laundrymat). I would roll my inconspicuous ride.
