I know there is some Chevy guys on this forum so I want to know a good place to take my 87 Iroc to get some wiring work done. Or if you know any side jobbers that would like to do some wiring on a 87 Iroc Z28 LMK.
Thanks ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

if a rat got to the wiring i garantee theres more shit that isnt gonna work not just the fuel pump. if he checked the relay and is qualified to check the relay he can check the wiring aswell. a relay isnt like a fuse when you can see its burnt out you have to use a tester to test voltage output from the relay to the pump. there will be a constant 12v to relay from batt+ a switched 12v from acc a ground and a 12v from relay to fuel pump put a tester on it its the best way. if you have 12v coming out of the relay its a bad pump if not bad relay

He checked the relays and all that with a tester. The fuel pump was brand new but now it is destroyed because of something with the wiring (i was at work when he looked at the car so i dont know exact details) I just want to pay someone to come look/fit it! lol im so tired of this car.....

well in that case before you tear up the car looking for fualty wiring i would power the pump straight off a batt and see if it works to rule out the possibility of a bad pump
