anyone know the biggest size tire and rim and what the backspaceing should be on a 1973 mach 1

i put on 15x10's with a 5-1/4" b/s with 29-12.50LT15 sportamns on the rear, but it rubbed on turns. but that should give you an idea how much you can go. good luck.

hey is the backspaceing from the front to the back or from the back to the front cuz i have a pair of crager rims that stick out to far and i want them to be in the fender well and there backspaceing is 4.00 to do i go up if i want it to be farther in or do i go down.

i think hes refering to his camaro. to find the back spacing lay the rim with the face down, get a straight edge and lay it flat on the lip of the rim and get a ruler and measure the distance from the back of the center of the rim to the flat edge and that will be the backspacing.
