I need help fast, I just got my new headlights and when I was taking out the old lights some of the screws came out like they should but some of them came out of the lights it's self, Rusted big time. How to get them out so I can put in the new lights ??????

That always happens. Just try to take them out with channel locks or sometheing, or you can always just break the old lights, lol
Actually, I think the studs are supposed to stay in the lights, so the ones that came out were not supposed to come out. When you get the studs out you have to put them in the new lights.
