No 400, you don't have to buy them. The tires cost $1500, the rear have 70% left on them the front have 50%, that seems like a decent deal to me, you do the math.

That's probably why I don't live in your hood. The shops I've managed don't sell used tires for 20-30 bucks unless they're 175/75r13 not 275/40 and 315/35r17 especially when they have 50-70% tread left. I've been selling rims and tires new and used for over 10 years now. I think I got the idea.
