I snapped a few pics after I got back from having them mounted and balanced. The car's dirty and the wheels need to be cleaned but you get the idea. They're Forgestar F05's in gunmetal... 19x9 with 245/40's up front and 19x10 with 275/35's in the rear.

Yea they look really nice. The lip matches the chrome trim on your windows etc.
That car really dwarfs 19's though

That's the plan. I needed to get the wheels on there to determine how much clearance I had. It looks like the wheels will clear so its either Eibach's or H&R's. The Eibach's are about an inch and the H&R's are an inch and a half. I'm leaning towards the Eibach's. These cars are a PITA to drop with struts on all 4 corners.
The wheels are a custom offset and they have them in numerous bolt patterns. They definitely have a setup for Mustangs. Check them out at www.forgestar.com and there's a shop that sells them in Las Vegas... Double Down Motorsports.

Thanks. It does make 19's look small but they don't make this wheel in a 20" and I wanted the lighter weight more than a bigger wheel. The wheels and tires are exactly stock diameter. It will look better when its lowered.

looks bad ass...someone photoshop it dropped. in that first pic, i would think your car was a gs350 or a larger version of the is350. aside from lowering, the only other thing i would do is fully polish the lips.

Good job ol chap. Now put that shit on the floor. Of course I would install those long tubes first and lower it after to make sure you got clearance. I remember u mentioning long tubes before

Damn guys! The car is barely a month old. In that time its gotten Magnaflow mufflers, a Vararam intake, a custom Livernois tune, and a major wheel upgrade. The car is putting down over 402/415 already and SLP LT's and an X pipe are coming.
Cut a guy some slack! These things aren't the cheapest cars to mod. Its come a long ways in just a few short weeks. How about a little credit? This car will be a monster when its finished. [ August 11, 2009, 05:12 PM: Message edited by: iceman302 ]

I appreciate it. That's the look I'm going for. I might hold off on the rest of the exhaust for now. I'm looking at the Pedders Street 2 kit. The fender gap is bugging me.

Yes. Looks sick but very impractical. I want a good look but I don't want to be scraping on every parking lot entrance.
