I put on a Magnapack system in place of my welded in Magnaflows and found my missing Torque.
Previous numbers before the catback swap were 259.8 rwhp and 288.7rwtq
New numbers with the Magnapack system 258.1rwhp and 300.5rwtq
There was no loss in low end tq it was up and from 3300rpm and up is were the big across the board gains are.

So, were the welded in Magnaflows with the stock cat back 2.25" piping?....If you did go to the bigger 2.5" piping its even more amazing how you got more rwtq....

Yup it's back together and ready for the track.
The magnaflows were welded into the stock piping 2.25
Now it goes from the 3inch collectors to the x which is 3inch at the collector and steps down to 2.50 at the back of the x and everything back is 2.50 with 3inch tips. I'm very happy with the results.

That was the only change made to the car. You have to look at my whole combo and going from the welded in magnaflows that they used reducers when they welded them in, so I never got the full benefit from my catback or LTs. Every car I looked at with my similar combo is putting down right around 260rwhp and 300rwtq

Why do you think you lose hp? I am assuming these were diff days, maybe even diff dynos and that could be why no major difference on HP, but I would have thought it would have atleast improved it a lil bit over the stock catback, rather then lose hp. What do you think?
