About three months ago I seen an expedition pulled over by a black 2006 GT on 880 South right near Valley Fair mall. Looked tight her had the lights flashing andf everything. A straight undercover I think not CHP

There is a Sheriff that drives an Expedition around Solano county.
Another cop that lives up the street from me has a Mineral Greyish unmarked Crown vic .
I bet they have a crapload of unmarked cars for surveillence that we don't know about.

I saw one today in Redwood City, had the 1-800-4CHP job licensce plate frame, and the wheels even resembled the crown vic wheels.

Dublin has 2 unmarked cars that I've seen pulling people over numerous amounts of times. They keep the siren lights on the visor mirrors and flip them down when pulling people over. There's a White Expedition and Green Stratus, they both have the visor mirrors with VERY bright flashing blue/red triangles..
