[/qb]
Possible fixes would help. Constructive criticism welcomed. I've only raced at the track maybe a dozen times in my life, this was my first time on a real drag slick. In my SRT @ the track I cut consistent 2.0 60' times on 225/50/17 street tires, so I know 1.9x 60' on slicks isn't where it should be. I would bet the spinning was caused by 20psi in the slicks. I was launching at 3500rpm at the most. Or possibly old used slicks, or maybe even the brand new paving of the track? Maybe a combo of all of those. What do you mean by staging inconsistent? I try to stage as shallow as possible. Or do you mean trying to stage in the groove? [/QB]
