[/qb]
Money coming in from a rental will.be taxed at your normal tax rate. Flipping houses is tough of you can't pick up properties for dirt cheap. My parents have 4 rental homes ( one has a studio apartment under it, so it rents as 5 total units) They average around 7,000 a month in rental income. So about 84k before taxes in passive rental income. You always need to screen renters and make sure you have a lot cash ready for repairs. :patriot: [/QB]
